Let's go over in detail what's involved in this process:

1. Your operating system and data have been compromised. Your data needs to be

recovered and scanned for threats immediately.

Your data is this: Everything important to you on your computer.

This includes everything from documents, pictures, music, movies, emails, contacts,

recover and backup your data, scan it for threats, and remove these threats.

2. Windows is reloaded onto your computer. There is nothing like a fresh reload of windows

as performance. A fresh reload restores performance to its' original state.

3. Drivers and updates. Drivers allow Windows to utilize your hardware; Your network card

that connects you to your network and the internet. Your video/display device, your

printer(s), etc… We then install all updates from Microsoft to ensure your system is

Data associated with a program can be backed up, but not the program that opens the data.

Example: A Microsoft Word document that you have saved. The program used to open that Word document is Microsoft Word, part of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc…).

MS Word must be reinstalled after your system is restored in order to open that document.

This is true for any program that opens a file you have saved. You cannot back up a program, only its' data. The program must be reinstalled after a reload. These software discs must be provided by you.
